Hannah Solar recently completed a unique solar project in February of 2023, the Georgia Tech Ramblin’ Wreck Garage, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The project was completed in collaboration with Gilbane Building Company, and the goal was to install enough solar panels to make the garage net zero. The new rooftop solar system installed by Hannah Solar will benefit the Ramblin Reck Club by providing energy for the garage during the day. Any excess energy generated by the system will be sent back to the adjacent student center and used on site. The project achieved the university’s goal of making the garage virtually net zero while maintaining the desired aesthetic appearance. Read More…
